Health Freedom Pledge

I hereby pledge the following to all New Jersey residents:

I consider bodily autonomy, informed consent and parental rights to be fundamental, non-negotiable principles of public health. I respect the health choices of each and every New Jersey resident.

I believe that our government must protect the freedom of New Jersey residents to make health decisions according to their individual and unique health needs. I believe it is unacceptable to restrict the rights of New Jersey residents to participate fully and freely in society as a consequence of their personal health decisions. I support the rights of all New Jersey residents to make decisions based on their religious beliefs and values without fear of segregation.

I am committed to supporting and signing legislation which protects and strengthens the basic human rights of New Jersey residents to make all medical decisions for themselves and their families without coercion or undue constraint. Furthermore, I am committed to opposing any legislation which would weaken these rights and/or violate these principles.

*Please be aware that this pledge is for NJPHIPAC internal use only and will not be shared with anyone outside of the Board of Directors unless explicitly agreed to by the signatory.
